Hello
With over 20 years of extensive experience in both the health and business sectors, I have developed a unique perspective on wellness integration and recovery solutions. Throughout my career, I have gained a deep understanding of the complexities involved in running a small business while solving orthopedic cases. My expertise allows me to provide valuable insights that help individuals and organizations implement effective wellness strategies and recovery programs tailored to their specific needs.
Sally Gilbert-Lewien LMT, SRT
I wanted to share a little more about myself. I've always been passionate about helping people improve their quality of life, which ultimately led me to create Lux Recovery Room. I have witnessed firsthand how chronic pain can deeply affect someone's life. When working, I empower clients to take an active role in their health and recovery. My 20 year career has provided numerous mentors and endless opportunities for education. I Identify as a science nerd and never imagine a time when I am not eager to learn. If not treating or teaching you will find me on top of a mountain somewhere, leading 4x4 overland trips and introducing people to the healing benefits of being in nature. I am a Breathwork and Guided meditation facilitator who truly believes in our ability to heal ourselves and create our own positive realities.

Lux Recovery Room - Our Mission
The mission behind designing Lux was developed with highly effective, scientific-based treatment protocols to address Autonomic nervous system dysregulation and its relationship to soft tissue pain and neuromuscular dysfunction. This approach has helped resolve many failed and unresolved cases. In continuing my mission to combat the cause of the pain, while empowering the client to build a stronger mind-body relationship and ultimately tap into their optimal self. Lux Recovery Rooms offers an accessible, parasympathetic approach to recovery that integrates seamlessly into any practice, giving clients the tools they need to support lasting pain relief. Meanwhile creating a substantial external revenue system( operating on the periphery of the business with very little man power), allowing for more financial freedom.
